FAQ
Common questions from clinics and strategic partners
A concise reference for early evaluation. Final clinical, regulatory, and commercial review should be completed during partnership planning.
Does VertiMotion replace clinical judgment?+
No. VertiMotion supports structured physical execution, observation, and documentation. Screening, diagnosis, protocol selection, interpretation, and follow-up remain under appropriate clinical oversight.
Who can operate the system?+
Operation should be performed by trained staff under the clinic's governance model and supervising clinician pathway. Operator scope should follow local professional and regulatory requirements.
What room is required?+
A recommended room of at least 18 m² is preferred, with a practical operating area around 10 m² and platform footprint around 6 m².
What power is required?+
The reference setup is AC 220V / 50Hz with a 1600 VA power rating and UPS support.
What evidence supports the approach?+
Published BPPV evidence includes Shan et al., The Laryngoscope, 2015, reporting 132 patients treated with computer-controlled canalith repositioning. Published short-term study data should be reviewed independently and does not guarantee outcomes.
What partnership models are available?+
VertiMotion supports clinic room deployment, managed dizziness programs, and co-branded dizziness centre discussions depending on room fit, governance, demand, and strategic ambition.
Is there an upfront machine purchase?+
Partnership structure is discussed case by case. Some pilots may focus on managed program or partnership models rather than a simple equipment purchase conversation.
How do pilots work?+
A pilot usually confirms interest, assesses room suitability, reviews regulatory and clinical pathway requirements, builds a referrer education plan, defines operating metrics, then launches with review cadence.
What clinic types are the best fit?+
ENT, vestibular rehabilitation, physiotherapy, GP / multidisciplinary clinics, private hospitals, and strategic clinic groups are the core fit.
What happens after submitting a contact inquiry?+
We review clinic fit, assess room and workflow requirements, then discuss the most suitable partnership model.
